Lockdowns + Open Doors

While this year of 2020 has been crazy and beyond challenging, there have also been many wonderful things that have happened. As a biblical counseling and equipping ministry, these difficult days have provided even more opportunities for us to shine the light of God’s Word through Hope for Life.

Even before the lockdowns started, Mark had begun doing some counseling online, and he is now currently meeting almost exclusively with people in a virtual setting. As a result, we have been able to not only provide counseling and equipping to individuals and couples locally, but all over the country and the world.

We’re excited to be able to share a few testimonies with you from those who have been greatly helped – one from the other side of the globe and another from our home state.

Two New Books

We have also been able to finish two new equipping books: Making Sense Of The Madness and Jesus Was A Socialist? (yes, that’s a question mark). Both are intended to equip believers in understanding what is really happening in the world, the attacks on Judeo-Christian values, and the increasing loss of freedom in general.

These two books contain essential truths necessary for an “understanding of the times” (1 Chron 12:32) and for navigating the dark days in which we are currently living. Both books are also ideal for use in a group Bible study, and are available in printed or eBook format in our Hope For Life Resource Shop as well as Amazon.

Additionally, Mark has been invited to do a few interviews regarding these books and other ministry related topics, including anxiety and depression, which you can also find on our website.
